Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind.
As a goodwill gesture, we have a 14 day exchange policy where you can return your purchase for an exchange or credit against your customer account if you change your mind or purchased a different product.
Goods to be returned must be in their original packaging and in new/ unused condition.
If the goods purchased are faulty we will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
Healthfarm will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, customer credit, refund:
- If the product does not do what it is supposed to do, or is not ‘fit for purpose’.
- If the product is broken, or not working, and cannot easily be fixed.
- If the product is significantly different from the product description.
- If it is unsafe.
