Mānuka UMF 10+ is a popular grade for general daily consumption.
Mānuka honey is made from the nectar of an indigenous New Zealand shrub “Mānuka”, often referred to as ”Tea Tree” because early settlors made tea from its leaves. Its biological name is Leptospermum scoparium.
The purity and UMF strength of the honey is assessed by independent government approved laboratories who report to the UMF Honey Association, which in turn advises honey processors of the qualities of the honey and grants permission for the UMF symbol and the UMF rating of the honey to be used on labels.
The batch number is recorded on the honey labels. The honey is fully traceable to its source.
Mānuka honey is golden brown in colour and has a distinctive great taste.
Waitemata Honey is not pasteurised and is packed in BPA free plastic jars.

Take a dose of 1 to 2 tablespoons of it each day.
Not suitable for infants under 12 months old.
Storage
