Honey bees produces propolis to build the coating of their hives to protect its colony as propolis acts as a barrier to yeasts and molds, bacteria and viruses.  Humans have used bee propolis since ancient times for its medicinal properties. Ingredients

Nature Care Bee Propolis Extract 100mg/g (10%) in a water soluble base. Contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

How To Use

DIRECTIONS:
- diluted with water to drink
- diluted with water and used as a mouthwash
- applied onto wounds to prevent it from becoming infected, and to promote healing

It can be taken orally or applied externally on open wounds to support healing.
